To strengthen our team we are looking for a F & B Assistant / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d).

In our Eiden Restaurant we serve the 5-course half board for our hotel guests. In our new restaurant, which will open next year, our guests can enjoy à-la-carte dishes as well as upscale menus. At peak times, more than 200 guests will be served in our restaurant at the same time.

Your tasks:

• Seating guests in the evening service
• Supporting the restaurant management in the pension, à la carte, banquet, conference and catering service
• Guest care
• Coordination and optimization of processes in the conference and banquet area
• Assistance with larger events
• Contact person for guest complaints

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the catering or hotel industry
• First professional experience in restaurant management
• Good German language skills, ideally English language skills
• Well-groomed appearance and a sense of cleanliness in the workplace
• Independent, responsible and service-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for service quality and the satisfaction of our guests
