A fresh breeze in the gourmet restaurant
Tim Extra is the new creative head of the Apicius. The chef from Norden, Germany took on responsibility at a very young age when he became the head chef in the Qulinaris restaurant in Norden and received his first awards. Berlin, Austria, Switzerland... he got around a lot in his years as an apprentice, before he came to stay with us in Bad Zwischenahn, where he will cook for you and delight you!
You can get a small taste by reading an excerpt from our menu (in German) which changes every 14 days. You can enjoy your meal on the summer terrace when the weather is good.
