Fitness in the Eiden Spa & Wellness
Exercise is essential for maintaining and restoring health.
We therefore have our own 75 sqm fitness room exclusively for our guests. Hotel guests can use of all the equipment free of charge.
Our fitness room is open every day from: 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
There is also a covered outdoor fitness area.
In addition, we offer our guests a personal trainer as well as various yoga courses for an extra charge.
