Right of Cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation for certain distance contracts.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, email or via the withdrawal function provided on our website) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal in the case of contracts for the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes, if the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision of the service (Section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
