• Preparation and replenishment of the breakfast buffet
• Preparation of egg dishes
• Control of the inventory, ordering of goods and monitoring of the quality of raw products
• Compliance with HACCP standards

• Completed vocational training
• Good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Flexibility and willingness to work
• Independent and careful way of working
