We are looking for a night porter (m/f/d) to begin immediately and strengthen our team part-time or on a 450€ basis.

You are always tired in the morning, but you come to life in the evening? Attention night owls - here comes an offer you can't refuse.

Your responsibilities:

• Smooth, cordial check-in, and check-out of our guests
• Administration of the reception desk during your own working hours
• Preparation of the daily closing and controlling administrative tasks
• Preparation and follow-up of the day shifts at the reception desk
• Control rounds on the grounds and in the buildings of our hotel
• Contact person for all nightly concerns and requests of our guests, as well as taking phone calls if necessary
• Close cooperation with colleagues from your departments and others
• Responsibility for the entire hotel during the night (accessibility of quick support in case of alarm &/or danger is guaranteed)
• If required, filling and unloading of washing machines and dryers in our laundry room

Your profile:

• Good knowledge of German (spoken and written)
• Good IT skills, ideally knowledge of Oracle Suite 8
• Business understanding
• Positive appearance
• Independent, responsible work
• Good manners, team spirit
• High level of self-motivation and self-discipline
• English skills are a plus
