If you prove to be a particularly good apprentice, we offer you the opportunity to swap workplaces for a week with a trainee from another Romantik hotel in your second and third year of training as part of the Romantik trainee exchange programme, of which we are a member. New experiences and challenges await you there.

The Eidencrew
You are not alone among our 40 trainees. Learning and working together is much more fun! But the relationship with your superiors is also friendly and respectful.
The team at the Jagdhaus Eiden is not just called a team, it really is one. Everyone is part of it, whether they've been with us for a few weeks or for decades.
In the evenings, we occasionally get together for an after-work beer or coke.
