Interesting wines, exquisite finger food and stimulating conversation

Our third winegrowers' evening will take place on 22 March 2026.
You can look forward to four German winegrowers selected by us and their wines.
We will accompany the entire evening with several food stands, our own wine
and, of course, attentive service.
Look forward to many exciting wines, good food and pleasant conversations with an insight
into everyday life as an independent winemaker.
The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the Jägerstube, Orangerie and (formerly) Apicius rooms.
Wines, water, soft drinks and food are included.

Over 60,000 spring flowers—including daffodils, tulips, hyacinths and horned violets, as well as Lenten roses, alpine roses, camellias and magnolias—will transform the park into a vibrant sea of blossoms. The brightly colored horned violets are especially eye-catching and, together with the fresh green tones of perennials and shrubs, highlight the park’s springtime charm.

The park’s glasshouse café will offer a selection of food and drinks to keep visitors well catered for. Annual passes for 2026 can be purchased directly at the ticket counter during the special opening.

A full weekend dedicated to creativity, amazement and inspiration awaits LEGO® fans of all ages at “Bricks by the Sea 2026” in Bad Zwischenahn. The event has long since become a firm favorite and a true highlight within the LEGO community. In 2025, around 80 exhibitors from Germany, the Netherlands and Austria showcased their impressive creations, demonstrating just how diverse and imaginative the world of LEGO bricks can be.

Visitors can look forward to a wide variety of displays, ranging from highly detailed, realistic replicas to imaginative themed worlds. Fairytale castles, nostalgic Paradisa scenes and numerous creative MOCs (My Own Creations) add to the exhibition’s rich and varied offering, ensuring there is something to delight every age group.

About Bricks by the Sea e. V.

The event is organized by Bricks by the Sea e. V., a non-profit association based in and around Oldenburg. Founded in 2018, the association now has nearly 85 members aged between 2 and 80. Members meet once a month at a regular gathering in Oldenburg, and since mid-2021 the youth group Bricks Kids has been an integral part of the club.

Bricks by the Sea e. V. is officially recognized by LEGO as a LEGO User Group (LUG). The association focuses on collaborative creative building with LEGO bricks, organizing exhibitions and build meetings, as well as visiting events hosted by fellow LEGO builders and LEGO User Groups. In addition, the association is actively involved in social projects, working with schools and in cooperation with Fairy Bricks UK.

Follow the fascinating trail of rum and embark on a journey that will take you almost all the way to the Caribbean. Along the way, you will learn intriguing facts about sugarcane, seafaring life, and the curious story of a captain who blew up his own boat in Bad Zwischenahn.

During the tour, you will sample a selection of different rum varieties, making this experience perfect both for true connoisseurs and for those new to the world of rum.

The price is €50 per person.

A lake cruise with the Weiße Flotte on the Zwischenahner Meer takes around 70 minutes and departs from the pier at the spa park. During the trip, you will learn interesting facts about Bad Zwischenahn and the history of the lake.

Enjoy the fresh lake breeze, beautiful views, and a relaxing atmosphere – perfect for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. On board, the Ammerland catering service offers coffee, cake, and warm dishes.

You may board or disembark at any pier. Schedule changes due to weather conditions or charter trips are possible; a winter timetable applies from November to March.

With a round-trip ticket, you can interrupt your journey in Rostrup or Dreibergen. The one-way ticket covers half the route between Bad Zwischenahn and Dreibergen.

A captivating hike in Bad Zwischenahn, on the trail of a crime!

On this special walk, we follow the trail of historic and modern criminal cases in Bad Zwischenahn. Along the way, we also get to know two local authors who have written gripping crime novels set in the town. In addition to murder and manslaughter, the tour explores other unusual crimes.

The approximately 5-kilometre route leads along the Zwischenahner Meer – keeping a safe distance from the legendary “monster catfish” – and ends at a place associated with good fortune: the Spielbank Bad Zwischenahn.

The meeting point is in front of the bell tower of St.-Johannes-Kirche.

The event “Illumination – Light Magic in the Park” transforms the Park der Gärten into a fascinating sea of colors every evening from August 7 to September 13, 2026. Creative garden lighting design meets impressive staging and artistic light installations.

Thousands of light sources turn trees, flowerbeds, and pathways into glowing works of art. Sculptures, projections, and geometric figures line the promenade, creating atmospheric worlds of light and shadow – sometimes cozy, sometimes avant-garde. An impressive evening experience for all the senses.

In autumn, the park showcases its most beautiful colors, abundant fruits, and the last blooms of the season – a special experience for visitors. The park’s gastronomy is open.

On October 25, 2026, we look forward to welcoming you between 11:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Jagdhaus Eiden, overlooking the Zwischenahner Meer.

The Tinnen Wind Orchestra will provide the entertainment.

In addition, our kitchen team has put together a small menu of additional Bavarian specialties for you.

The ticket price includes a hot dish (choice of a pair of Bavarian white sausages with sweet mustard, a small Leberkäs sandwich, cheese spaetzle with fried onions, or Serviettenknödel with mushroom cream sauce) and a pretzel.

The concert features two renowned opera singers accompanied by piano and presents a selection of the most beautiful musical melodies, duets, as well as opera and operetta arias.
