  creativity. Enjoy a unique culinary experience\, created and served by 
 our apprentices.\n\n\nLook forward to an extraordinary culinary journey 
 around the world\, where our apprentices showcase their skills\, creativ
 ity and passion for the hospitality industry. With a varied five-course 
 menu\, we will take you on a journey through different countries\, combi
 ning international specialities with exciting flavours.\n\n\nWe begin wi
 th a delicate Spanish octopus carpaccio\, followed by Russian borscht se
 rved with shashlik. For the main course\, we present a German classic: b
 eef roulade with red cabbage\, potato slices and Brussels sprouts. Indon
 esian durian ice cream provides a refreshing interlude before the journe
 y concludes on a sweet note with Vietnamese pandan panna cotta.\n\n\nLet
  our talented young chefs delight you with their culinary creations and
